Used two different batches of paste for design; the first batch used (for curved lines and fingers) was the MDH® green colored batch made last week (as used for 01/30 Stephanie, 01/31 MaryJo, and 02/01 Self) and refrigerated in a sealed cone, and the second batch (for the flower, leaves, and thumb-vine) was the Zaiqa Foods® brown colored batch made approximately 42 hours ago (same batch as used on 02/05 Self and 02/06 MaryJo).
02/06/2001, 10:30ish pm, began application with plastic cone. Design heated with hairdryer and lemon juice and sugar mixture applied. Allowed to dry and lemonjuice/sugar mixture reapplied. Heated again with hairdryer and Liquid Skin® was applied. Heated once more, covered with unrolled cotton balls, wrapped in gauze, and covered with plastic hand glove. Application and covering took approx 2 hours. Like a dumbass, forgot to take a photograph.
02/07/2001, 12noon, removed henna over next couple hours, really good adhesion on the older paste.
02/07/2001, 10ish pm, took photo. note bits where paste is still on due to difficulty removing it. Advised to scrape using olive oil.
